Speaker: Dr. Amanda Hollis-Brusky, assistant professor of politics at Pomona College
Topic: “Ideas with Consequences: The Federalist Society and the Conservative Counterrevolution.” That is the title of Hollis-Brusky’s new book. She will be talking extensively about the US Supreme Court and the conservative legal movement.
Hollis-Brusky teaches courses on American Politics, Constitutional Law & Theory, and Legal Institutions.
In addition: Meet the candidates for GUSD school board.
Candidates for the Glendale Unified School District Governing Board election of April 7 will introduce themselves to the members during this meeting.
