Join us to hear our Guest Speaker Prof. Peter Dreier on
the Challenges of Donald Trump

Peter Dreier is an
E.P. Clapp Distinguished Professor
of Politics, Urban and Environmental Policy.
He has been involved in urban policy as a scholar, government official, reporter,
and advocate for 30 years.
Dreier writes widely and speaks on American politics and public policy, specializing in urban politics and policy, housing policy, community development, and community organizing. He is co-author of three books about cities and urban policy, including
The Next Los Angeles: The Struggle for a Livable City (2005). He is also engaged in civic and political efforts at the national and local levels.
This past week he had an op-ed published in the Los Angeles Times regarding ways to get President Trump to release his tax returns.
Susan and John Pearson will also share information on the local CV Indivisible group. “Indivisible” – A Democratic Activist’s Guide, is a movement of progressive political action groups now forming across the country.
